Fly-Right Balancing Jig

Finding correct center of gravity has never been more easy!

Finding your R/C aircraft center of gravity has never been easier or more accurate than it is now with the Fly-Right Jig! This tool was designed to be used with a three-scale balancing system such as the Xicoy CG Meter or SkyRC CG Gauge (purchased separately). With the use of digital positioning readouts or “DRO’s”, the Fly-Right Jig takes all the trouble out of balancing your aircraft!

Now offering a blue finish! Add the Blue add-on to the cart along with your Jig.

Utilizing Digital Position readouts (DRO), the Fly-Right Jig is extremely accurate and easy to use. No more measuring or having to use a plumb bob!

Simply zero the laser out at your axle and then move the laser out to your CG location. The dimension is instantly available for input into your Xicoy CG meter. It’s painless and fast!

A self-leveling laser line is used to capture and transpose position from your air frame into the Xicoy CG meter.

The Fly-Right full version comes with two positioning DROs. One for locating the nose wheel or tail wheel’s distance from the main gear. This is the first dimension input in the Xicoy balancer.

The other DRO is attached to the laser axis and is for recording the position of the main gears distance to the CG. This is the second dimension input in the Xicoy balancer.

This axis is also used to input weight location or the third dimension asked for in the Xicoy balancer. Use the laser to find the dimension from the mains of where you would like to place weight and enter that into the Xicoy.

Be confident that your model is balanced properly and accurately! With the Fly-Right jig, you can be sure that this important last calculation is done correctly.

The Jig can accommodate models with up to an 80″ distance between the main gear and nose or tail gear.

A 360 degree laser is now available. Have full 360 degree laser lines in both the horizontal and vertical axis. Make sure you get the best laser line coverage possible to use your Jig to its full effect! .
